The Microsoft MSN China adds to the list of portals containing obscene information

Thursday its second list of portals do not respect national rules on Internet use, China continues to crack down on Internet pornography in the country.
The China Internet Illegal Information Reporting Center (CIIRC) has published a list of 14 portals that contain all information that runs counter to public morals or impair the psychological health of children.
The new list includes Microsoft MSN China. The CIIRC said that many obscene images are contained in the films and sections of this community portal.
Monday, Chinese authorities have launched a major crackdown on Internet pornography. It is online portals known and major search engines such as Google and Baidu.
The authorities said in their statement on Thursday that Google had removed most of the unhealthy content of its search results but there is still work to do.
Baidu, the search most popular in China, is in turn criticized the CIIRC because of its slow to filter pornography from its search results and in its blogs.
